FEDERAL 40 S&W AMMUNITION BRASS 500 ROUNDS

So far I\’ve made two orders from them. The first went off with out a hitch. The second 6 boxes of ammo where left out and it took over a month to get them. The ammo is great target ammo and I\’ve zero malfunction

After submitting both a credit card claim and BBB complaint they finally responded and quickly sent me what I ordered without issue.

Here\’s the story: Tracking said my package was delivered, but I had no package. I contacted both the seller, and the delivery company, both gave me the run around. The shipper told me that the sender needed to file a claim, and closed my claim, the seller said that they can\’t file a claim with the shipper. The conclusion: package wasn\’t stolen, USPS took FedEx package, since it was in mailbox. They took a week from when it was originally delivered to give me a notice. I paid that fee too, and now I have my ammo. Huzzah!

I bought last week, got an email with tracking # all good. The package gets to my local FedEx hub, cannot and will not deliver because of damage and returning whatever is left of it back to the shipper. No communication, nothing. I sent email to their \”customer service\” nothing, and calling them is a waste of time as everyone has already stated.

I was very concerned after ordering especially after seeing some of these reviews. My card was charged right away but I NEVER received an email from them regarding acknowledgment of my order, receipt, or any kind of information regarding shipment. Despite this I did receive exactly what I ordered within 10 days and that was during the time we(I\\\’m in Dallas, TX) were in extreme weather freeze conditions. I am not sure if I would order again simply due to the absolute lack of communication.

I ordered three times from this company. The first order was slow to ship. The 2nd order was a fedex issue . The driver came to the door with an open box. He said the truck wasn’t packed right and it fell. I called and emailed .A woman said will send you a shipping label send it back. Upon receipt of a tracking number they will refund my account. Next day I receive a plastic baggie with 5 rounds of 45 acp in my mailbox put there by a fedex driver. 4 days later they received the order back. After 6 days I receive an email from someone in Florida from RAUG. They will refund after settlement. Meantime I ordered another400 rounds from them that was delivered promptly. So still waiting for my $300 refund. Customer service is not their strong suit for sure. Why they continue to use Fedex is beyond me.
